I hit back of head on nye. on 5th i drove 700km - felt dizzy that day after a few hours driving. stayed awake on boat for much of last night (work) and went walking. felt fine. dizzy now again. head bump no longer sensitive. ok to drive home on 12th?

Dizziness: Obviously it's unsafe to operate a motor vehicle or any machinery while dizzy or unsteady if symptoms recur. Posttraumatic syndrome after your type of head injury,even without loss of consciousness or skull fracture, is not uncommon and can last days to weeks. If symptoms continue you are advised to be evaluated by a neurologist. It would be more reassuring if you had no dizziness for 48 hours
