That's an exceedingly unlikely outcome, even if your esophagus has been injured or irritated by the antibiotic. Flucloxacillin and related antibiotics usually are not very irritating to the esophagus, although you could experience such symptoms for a few days if a pill was temporarily stuck there. Discuss with the doctor who prescribed it, but don't be seriously worried in the meantime.
