Reflux: Yes, anxiety and stress have been shown to worsen reflux. There are certain foods that can make reflux worse, too, like spicy foods and greasy foods. If you have reflux that causes heartburn, it is also possible that your reflux might get all the way up to the level of your throat and your voice box. When it get this high in your throat, we call it laryngopharyngeal reflux. Should see your dr.

Yes: There is a ton of literature that links anxiety/stress to increased GI symptoms, especially in those predisposed to intestinal trouble. Traditionaly, psycholgist would have viewed this the GI symptoms as a conversion of the anxiety into a physical manifestation. Today, more psychologists would favor an approach that links stress to medica illness through research in the field of psychoneuroimmuno.
