Been having trouble with constipation for about 6 weeks. i was advised to take laxido a laxative for it which i have been doing. i still need to take laxido to have a bowel movement. i did have a colonscopy in may for different bowel issue clear?

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
