: Cancer is highly unlikely. You may have hemorrhoids, however, bleeding from hemorrhoid can result in anemia. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation and if needed, treatment. Take oral iron and multivitamin supplements to prevent anemia from blood loss. Wish you good health!
