A member asked:

Greetings, is an almost narcoleptic feeling of exhaustion normal with chostochondritis, hypertension and a stressed heart?

Dr. John Chiu answered

Not expected: Unless you are suffering from heart failure, exhaustion is not normal . You need to consult your doctor to rule out depression as a potential cause. Sleep apnea may also cause your problem (hypertension, narcoleptic feeling).
