I had laproscopic surgery at the end of july. ever since, i have had flare ups of nerve pain behind my belly button which sometimes extends to what feels like my urethra. did something go wrong in surgery? how can i make this stop?

Laporoscopic surgery covers a lot of territory. Need more info but advise discussing with surgeon as they will know what might happen in folks they have operated on like you. No one else has this knowledge.

This is highly unusual. The small wound in your belly-button and a an exam of the area is needed to determine the reason . It may or may related to your surgery. Pl see your surgeon.
