Many possibilities..: Your symptoms are common for many possible explanations ranging from insignificant to serious. Pregnancy, endometriosis, genito-urinary tract infections, and ovarian cysts are some gyn considerations. Gas, hernia or irritable bowel are GI system considerations. Additional information would be helpful in narrowing down the possibilities.
