Stress definitely affects negatively immunity and health in general. However having your rash examined and treated would be best, specifically an infectious cause if applicable will have to be ruled out.

You appear to have bacterial infection and need to see a doctor as you may need prescription antibiotics. Stress alone does not cause boils, it is a bacterial infection.
