Probably yes!: Random twitching is a common reaction to stress even if you don't feel overtly anxious. You may notice it more when you are able to focus on the twitching, like at night (while sleeping) or when you are resting. You don't usually notice it when being active. Proper rest, sleep, diet and exercise are needed. Random twitching can also be from dehydration, low electrolytes or neurologic disease.
