When taking stimulants like nicotine gum, and adderalll my heart rate spikes up to 120bpm+ at rest for a period of about 10 minutes. this has happened about 50 times or so, 150+ when walking. how dangerous is this? not born with heart issues?

Persistent tachycardia is not good for the heart in the long run because it can cause cardiomyopathy. You should stop all stimulants such as nicotine, caffeine, etc. which can worsen tachycardia.
