Im 35. no medical illness or taking any meds. no allergies. i took dexamethasone 8mg 1 dose only. i have rashes at groin, leg and neck. i also have insomnia. wht should i do? should i be worry? how long it last? is this dangerous for health?

Are you worried about the dexamethasone, which is equivalent to 50 mgs of prednisone, or the rash? The dexamethasone can cause insomnia or stomach irritation, elevation of pulse & BP but side effects will gradually wear off in a day or so since it's a one time dose. Your MD or a dermatologist will have to advise you about your rash.
