I have negative hiv rapid 3rd gen (91 day after exposure),and negative vdrl & tpha (117day) , but i have some rash not itch or hurt on leg, hand, and thigh. 2 month before do the test im consume dexamethasone 0.5 mg 2x7 day, am i need retest?

HIV test results always overrule symptoms. You do not have HIV, repeat testing not needed. See doctor if your symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned.
