The follicular count is only going to have value or use if the goal of the sonogram was to help organize a fertility plan. If the sonogram was only done due to irregular cycles then the follicular count has limited utility. Consider speaking with the doctor who performed the sonogram to determine the next steps unique to your circumstance.
