I have a small indentation about 2cm above my right eyebrow towards the temple area. can feel a pulse when resting a finger on it. it is about 5mm in size and looks like a small bruise. no pain and has been there for roughly a year. any ideas?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If it has not changed in a year, you may watch and wait. If it more than doubles in size, ulcerates, develops a nodule, or bleeds, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
