Traumatic aneurysm: Depending on the force of the accident, your pulsation is worrisome for a traumatic intracerebral aneurysm. You need an MRA or CT with contrast to rule it out. It may just be a concussion that's gradually resolving in which case your tests will be normal. Please know: we Americans support you in Ukraine and don't want to see any bloodshed!
