Getting a pulse beating sound only in my right ear it comes and goes had it over 3 months no infection or damage to ear but the doctors I have seen have no idea what it is or what the cause. Any ideas?

Able to see pulse in vision at times. BP is130-140/80-90 in the office & Im usually anxious. BP phobia. Doc not concerned with BP. Eye doc didnt see anything wrong with eyes at last exam earlier this year. . What could it be? Makes me very anxious.
