Maybe anxiety: You have lots of generalized symptoms which sound like they stem from anxiety and depression. See a doctor to rule out a virus, but if this has been recurrent it is time to get therapy. You may have difficulties recognizing stress and coping with what you need to be doing about it. Sometimes it is easier to to focus on things that will not solve the actual problems.
