Your lymphocytes are normal and may be appear slightly high in percentage due to slightly lower neutrophils that are also normal otherwise in absolute value. It has to do with the distribution of your white blood cell subgroups that remains normal as long as cell counts are normal in absolute value.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided total white cell count and percent lymphocyte count. Wish you good health!
