I have soft brown crusts on my nipples since over 15 years ago. I don't have any other symptoms, not pain, itchiness, secretions or redness. They get softer when i shower with hot water and sometimes i remove them but always come back.

Is nipples lint normal? I do not have inverted nipples. The nipple boogers resembles naval lints in terms of smell and texture. Have this since teenage years. When I shower, it will come off with water. It is waxy texture and not liquid. No pain/utch?
