Chest pain: The most likely problem is an acute strain of the muscles of the rib cage. This would be associated with increased pain on motions and probably tenderness at the site of the injury. Treatment would be rest,Tylenol but,if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve should help. See your physician if pain remains severe or if you have shortness of breath.
