I have pain in my tummy and towards the centre of my chest which mostly happens when i drink water and at night. i have been taking buscopan practically every day.and iberogast. the pain was so bad on one occassion i had to go to the emergency room?

Gastroenterologist: I recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist as your symptoms are significant and persistent. Possibilities include gastritis, pylorospasm, peptic ulcer and esophageal spasm. Gall stones are a less likely possibility. Your evaluation may include a gastroscopy. In the meantime avoid alcohol,caffeine,nicotine, spicy and oily foods. Take a medication like prilosec daily until your appointment.
