Missed period: Antibiotics and infections can alter your cycle, but if you are sexually active, it is always a possibility you may be pregnant. Antibiotics also alter the effectiveness of birth control pills. The yeast infection is likely secondary to the antibiotics. Check a pregnancy test and call your doctor about the yeast infection.

See doctor: Broad spectrum antibiotic especially when taken for longer period often leads to vaginal yeast infection. It is unclear whether taking a probiotic along with it may reduce this complication . Try an OtC vaginal antifungal cream +/- cortisone. If not helpful or gets worse after 3 days, see GYN.
