There can be many causes for pain in the area. only a good exam can diagnose that. It is unusual at your age to have permanent sinus tachycardia. Yes it can give you the symptoms of tiredness and hearing of the heartbeat. Pl see a good cardiologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Good luck
