Many possibilities: Unfortunately, nausea, fatigue and loss of appetite are all non specific symptoms that can be caused by many different medical problems (a heart condition would be very unlikely). A common cause in a young healthy man would be viral illness with sinusitis, cough and pulled muscle in chest. But many possibilities! suggest followup with a doctor if not better in a few days.

your meds: Your medications and the condition they're treating (h. Pylori infection) are likely to be the cause of your symptoms. "bad sinus problems" may well be contributing, especially if you're swallowing mucous. Pain in the right chest is not indicative of heart disease in 24 year old men and there's nothing that you've written that is suspicious for heart disease.
