6 and 8 yr old. after a campout both threw up within 20 min of each other. since, theyve thrown up once per day for 4 days. no fever or other symptoms, lots of fluids, but nausea comes in evening? wait it out or time for doc?

It is possible, if the boys drank from a contaminated water source that they have developed giardia or some other water borne illness. they need to go to the Dr and get their stool cultured for an appropriate treatment. Go sooner rather than later, as giardia does not go away and can cause progressively worsening problems.
