So my hair is falling out and my urine tests for the past 5 months have been flagged for gravity, protein, and leukocytes..i feel like i pee more than im drinking. could all of this be related to problems with endocrine system?

Possibly. Would recommend a complete work up and blood work (blood count, complete metabolic profile testing liver and kidneys) ) to check kidney function, autoimmune status, would also check for infection, diabetes and thyroid..

Endocrine system is complex and is directly or involved in all illnesses. From your description it does not sound to be the causative factor. You need a good exam and proper lab evaluation. Pl see your MD or an Internist. Good luck
