Yes, but don't: It is safe to blow your nose as there are no direct health risks. However, if you blow your nose immediately after dosing, you will decrease the amount of medication on the nasal mucosa , delivering a smaller and most likely less effective dose, if you experience runny nose or post nasal drip after dosing, i recommendgently wiping your nose, not blowing. Can try a new "dry" nasal spray.
