It is unlikely that a polyp of "8.1m" will interfere with fertility issues. This polyp will not prevent implantation of a fertilized egg on the surrounding endometrial surface which presents a large area not occupied by the polyp. Ask your GYN physician about an "HSG", a test for tubal patency ("open tubes"). The blockage of which is the primary statistical cause for infertility.
