Left chest and shoulder pain and breathing trouble that comes and goes , also chest feels tender while walking, cbc test and chest xray normal and tropnin negative, doctor says not related to chest, might be lungs. and gave respiratory medicines?

If exam of lungs and chest Xray are normal -it cant be your lungs. You need a thoro exam of shoulder rib cage upper respiratory passages. If not satisfied see another doc who will do a good physical exam. . In the meantime take ibuprofen. Hope you feel better
