Women conceive easiest when they are healthy. A healthy body is one that is at a stable, healthy weight, diet is rich in lean protein, vegetables, fruits and few or no processed foods, intake of 2-2.5 liters of non caffeinated fluids (esp water), and regular adequate rest, and any medical conditions are being addressed and stable. Fad products/supplements do not help and can cause problems.
