How accurate are devices such as the clearblue fertility monitor in determining if a woman is ovulating/able to conceive? are they worth the $150++?

Expensive/Confusing: The Clearblue Fertility Monitor watches for the LH surge and also monitors estrogen. You have to buy the monitor plus monthly test strips and this is expensive. I don't personally recommend it as I have had women get very confusing results. I prefer the simple LH surge detection kits. They are a lot cheaper and I have found the results less confusing.
