Possible: At 23 years old it is possible, especially if you are otherwise healthy (non-smoker, normal weight, etc) and you occasionally get your period on your own, without having to take any hormones. It is important to see your gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist for an evaluation and advice as your health risks are increased, especially for diabetes in pregnancy. Best of luck!
