IUD and pregnancy: Patients can get pregnant while using the iud so you do need to pay attention to the symptoms you may be having. I would recommend seeing your doctor soon to determine where the pregnancy is located. It could be in the uterus or in the fallopian tubes as an ectopic pregnancy. The latter would be bad. You also didn't say whether you were having any symptoms as this would suggest you be seen soon.
