I have mirena (levonorgestrel) coil missed period, done pregnancy test, faint positive then negative both tests done on same day. am i pregnant?

One is wrong : One of the test is wrong. Mirena (levonorgestrel) failures are rare so I suspect the faint positive was wrong. Repeat the test in a day or two or schedule a visit for a confirmation blood test
