Unlikely: Urine pregnancy tests become positive the earliest about 5 - 7 days after conception. If the Mirena (levonorgestrel) did its job, the negative preg test is likely the correct one. It may be prudent, though, to repeat the pregnancy test a week after removal of the IUD.
