Im not on blood thinners, they gave me a dose of xareltro at hospital yesterday as a pre caution till i was able to go get my self scanned today. is it ok to that advil now or is the blood thinner still in my system?

It is not dangerous to use advil after taking just one dose of xarelto on the previous day.
