I've been dealing with health issues for several years with no true diagnosis. where should i go when you have reached a dead end. symptoms have not changed no matter what medications i have tried. thank you for your time?

For diagnostic clarity have you consulted a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history & system review,perform a complete physical examination & order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis, recommend treatment options or refer you to other specialists deemed advisable after the results of the workup?

Your primary care doc remains your best reference as coordinating your further needs. Sometimes tests are needed, based on results of which your primary care doc may proceed with a referral to a specialist if so needed.
