Retrain your Brain: Your brain has likely become used to this pattern. No caffeine or exercise in evening. No heavy dinners or late night snacking. Don't use alcohol to fall asleep & no daytime napping. Use bedroom for only sex & /or sleep - otherwise you will associate it mentally with things like music, computer or tv. Room should be dark and quiet. It is better to have a slightly cool room. Good luck.
