Pain in the abdomen lasting for months is worrysome. I am also concerned about the low absolute neutrophil count. You have 2 chcoies: contact your pediatrician and inform him the pain is persisitent and needs re-ealuation by him/her. If you do not get his full attention, you should take a 2nd opiniion from another pediatrician. He may need to see a specialist: Gastroenterologist for further tests

Has a renal cause and abdominal imaging study been considered? A urine analysis and screening liver panel may provide additional information. Is your son jaundiced, vomiting or nauseous? Watch for these signs and for fever. Please follow up with your Pediatrician .
