Hello, my son has chron's disease in his ilium and he had a gi bleed a few days ago during the er visit they performed a rectal exam today there is blood in his stool and there is also alot of watery diahreah please help also he complains of pain?

It sounds like he may have an exacerbation or Crohn disease. His gastroenterologist should be informed timely, so that they can coordinate further workup and treatment as needed.
