Ive had abdominal pain throughout my right side for 3 days now the inside of my stomach,chest,&right ribs feel cold. i got an ultrasound & it looked fine but there was thickening of my gallbladder walls but was told it wasnt that bad what do i do?

Your feeling of coldness in those areas is not specific to any condition so you can observe. If pain persists then nausea/vomit, fever and chill occur you should be re-evaluated.
