I have weakness in both hands but right one is worse it gets better when i stand up and do an activity, is this serious? i'm seeing dr on monday but i'm worried can it be blood blockage? i have no pain?

If it were a clot in your arm it would be pale, cold, and hurt.

Since your hands aren't cold & pale or blue & swollen, there are no signs of blockage in the arms' arteries or veins. If your hands are painful&weak, arthritis would be a possibility. If weak & painless a neurological disorder is suggested.
