Moist heat applied to the ear distracts the brain and thus reduces discomfort. Ibuprofen is good for pain. Take her in for an evaluation tomorrow.

Monitor temperature and breathing. I agree that discomfort may be managed with local heat and ibuprofen. She may have an ear infection, please see your Pediatrician. Watch for signs of fever.
