What can i use to treat infection?

Antibiotics are mostly used to treat infections. Pills and or injections are prescribed but for specific infections. What type of infection do you have? Don't try to treat yourself, see a doctor for exam and treatment.

It depends on the type of infection (there are hundreds!) and the exact cause. No way to even guess without a lot more information.
