Dr,i took my uncle 2 hospital & there sitting i had a scratch from rusty nail from the bench on my foot.my wound didn't bleed but saw very small skin tear,do i risk of getting any diseases(hiv,hepatitis b&c,syphilis etc)from this accident.pls advise?

No, not HIV, hepatitis or syphilis. Make sure your tetanus shot is up to date and watch the wound until healed as superficial infections remain possible.
