Recurring (at least 1 a month) roof of my behind front teeth, sometimes left other times right side; extremely painful and red sometimes the gums infront inflamed also. herpes? infection? vitamin deficiency? i cannot eat with the pain?

Without a visualization it is difficult to give you a meaningful answer. If the gingiva around your anterior teeth (both buccal and lingual) are inflammed, it may be a dental issue. Have you seen a dentist recently for an examination with radiographs? If not, it's time to make an appointment.
