Thant means ultrasound revealed two small calcifications. This finding does not fit the criteria of testicular microlithiasis ( 5 or more microcalfications). Even in patient with testicular microlithiasis, there is no increased risk of testicular cancer if you do not have other risk factors. You should not worry about this finding.
