Not likely it will happen unless your urine is contaminated with a significant amount of semen which is impossible because you do not provide urine right after sex.

It is not likely to result in a positive drug test, if you have no other exposure to meth. You may wish to reconsider getting involved with a substance abuser. Use contraceptives all the time, every time.
