In theory, amphetamine is present in the urine. However, your urine was just contaminated with your partner's semen so I am not sure if the test will be positive. For just a tiny amount of semen in urine, the test has to be highly sensitive for detecting the drug. So my answer can be either and you won't be surprised if the test turns out positive.
