Do acne proofing products work past expiration date? i have a bottle of neutrogena acne proofing gel cleanser, and the active ingredient is salicylic acid. the expiration date is may 2021. will it still work, or should i buy a new bottle?

The expiration date for such products is the last date the product is expected to be at full strength. You can use them if you wish, but their effectiveness may not be as expected. As they break down these may also irritate the skin more, I would be cautious, but the choice is yours.
